One place for sign-in, billing, report, and status help.
Use this page when you are blocked and do not want to guess whether the next step is account, billing, contact, refund policy, or status. It is the support hub that ties the public pages together.
Support paths
Sign-in and access
Paid access supports Google sign-in and email magic links. If either flow fails, or if your magic link does not arrive, check the spam folder first and then retry with the same purchase email from sign-in or pricing.
Billing, receipts, and refunds
Open your billing page to view your plan, receipts, and subscription settings. Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle. Read the refund policy before requesting a refund.
Report questions and missing detail
Open the report coverage section first. It lists pages inspected and checks that could not finish. Fix access problems before rescanning. If paid findings remain locked, sign in with the account used at checkout.
Service issues and incident checks
Check API availability on the status page. For a failed scan or payment, contact support with your audit ID, website address, and the time of the problem.
Send context, not guesswork
1. The email address tied to the account or purchase.
2. The audit URL or domain if the issue is report-related.
3. The approximate time the issue happened.
4. Whether the blocker is sign-in, billing, export access, or report accuracy.
FAQ is for general questions. Help is for blocked flows.
Use the FAQ for product, refund, and scope questions that apply to everyone.
Use this help hub and the contact page when the issue is tied to your account, billing state, Google sign-in, magic link, or a broken flow.
There is no live chat in v1. Account-specific issues go through the contact form or the support inbox so the reply can stay tied to your real account state.
Use the site updates feed for public app and status updates, and use the blog RSS feed for editorial posts.
Still need help?
Use the contact page for account-specific help. Include the email address, audit URL if relevant, and approximate time of the issue.
